AGM and Zoom

I hope you had a great Christmas and wishing you a Happy New Year in advance.
Its been a year of turmoil and changes, but Scouting did successfully return (in a different format!) this year. A big thank you must go out to the leaders who spent some considerable time creating online activities and processes to allow the safe return to activities both outdoors and inside. Unfortunately due to Scotland entering COVID Tier 4 we have had to suspend all physical activities until further notice. The sections leads will be in touch with details of dates for resumption of meetings and any online activities. A number of parents had enquired about when we were planning to resume the payment of Subs, prior to the latest lock down we had planned to resume the £25 quarterly when we returned in Jan 21, however as a group we have decided that we will not resume these charges until we resume our physical meetings, I will email you when we plan to do this. As with all Scouting activities money/equipment should not be a barrier to any activities or attendance of the members, if this is becoming and issue please contact me confidentially (details below). Lastly we are overdue a AGM. To that end the 7th January 2021 at 1900 has been set by Nick our Chairman. A reminder with an agenda will be pushed out in the week before.
